Response transactions in this level evaluated together for same level customers and problems will be solved in order by created time. We start to give support for this level maximum in four hours.

Weekdays Hour of works: In this level, Your system tracked between 09:00 – 17:00 in weekdays. Between this time, if you have a problem, we give support between these hours.

Whole Week Hour of Works: In this level, Your system tracked between 09:00 – 17:00 in weekdays. Between this time, if you have a problem, we give support immediately.

7×24: Tracking and response on this level occurs 7 days 24 hours. Our expert stuff gives support by problem creating time. In this situation, our stuff may be late for your request.

Primary

It is interference level for primary problems. In this level, your problem cam solved in 30 minutes.

Weekdays Working Hours: In this level, Your system will be tracked between 09:00 – 17:00 in weekdays. Between this time, if you have some problem, we will start to give support as our routine level.

Whole Week Working Hours: In this level, Your system tracked between 09:00 – 17:00 in weekdays. Between this time, if you have some problem, we will start to give support as our routine level.

7×24: In this level, we give support for 7/24 and our expert stuff give a priority for this.
